If you would like to participate as a startup, please check out the ticket options here. There are on-site (in Wrocław) and online (in Brella) options available. All ticket types give you access to the event and matchmaking app, and there are additional benefits available.

We will communicate all the important information to the email address you used in the application for the ticket/Great Pitch Contest. We strongly encourage you to put your business email address (with your company name as a domain, i.e. not a Gmail one) as a point of contact for us. This way, it will be easier for our Startup team to resolve any arising issues if there will be some. Please note that it’s not possible to change your email address to a different one once you submit it to us. All the communication from the Wolves Team will be coming to the email address you submitted initially.
If you would like to be considered as a participant at the Great Pitch Contest, you need to buy a startup ticket here. Guaranteed pitching places were available with a Startup In-Person Package (Pitching + Expo), however the pitching spots were sold out. The Startup Free and Startup In-Person only give you an opportunity to apply for the pitching contest.
Once we receive your submission, we will check your pitch deck, and if you are selected by our Startup team, we will inform you by email before May 15th, 2023. Then you will need to confirm your participation and the time slot of your pitch to us - you need to do it by replying to the email with information about pitching from startups@wolvessummit.com.
We will communicate all the important information to the email address you used in the ticket. It’s not possible to change it once you submit it to us.
Not all startups that applied for the Great Pitch Contest will be chosen to pitch. We will choose only 60 participants, you will receive an email with information if you are selected. Please note that we will let you know if you will be not chosen for the pitching contest.
To participate in the Great Pitch Contest, you need to have a ticket and then submit your pitch deck to our Startup team - you need to do it by sending the deck to startups@wolvessummit.com.
Semifinal pitches will take place on May 23-25th and, final pitches will take place on May 25th at the Main Stage at Wrocław Congress Center. If your time slot is not suitable for you, please contact startups@wolvessummit.com as soon as possible, maximum of 5 days prior to the pitching competition.
The times of pitching slots are set to CET (UTC+1) timezone.
You can present your project together with your colleague/co-founder. You need to let us know about it a maximum of 7 days prior to the pitching competition. You can do it by sending an email with the request to startups@wolvessummit.com.
At the Great Pitch Contest, as a pitching startup, you will have 3 minutes for presenting your project and 4 minutes for questions from the Jury.
If you don’t join on time for your pitching slot, you will lose your place, and we will have to reassign it to someone else.
The Jury evaluates each startup by criteria: team, product, its potential, the competence of the team, and investment readiness.
8 startups from the Semifinals will be qualified for the Finals. If you get to the Finals, you will be pitching once again in front of the Great Pitch Contest’s Final Jury on May 25th at the Main Stage in Wroclaw Congress Center.
The Jury consists of experienced investors from VCs from Europe and beyond, C-level executives from the biggest corporations in Europe and the US, and representatives from the biggest startup communities from all over the world. The Jury is different for each pitching slot, usually, it’s 3-4 members.
